Application Forms

Applications should be made to North Tipperary County Council, Community & Enterprise Department, Civic Offices, Limerick Road, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary.  Applicant buildings must be located in the SERVE region to be eligible.

  • Read this to find out how the SERVE scheme operates, what the Grant levels area and how to apply
• Residential Final_Application_Form
  • Complete and return this to NTCC to apply for your grant
• 2010_Authorisation_Forms
  • As part of the SERVE Scheme we want to monitor the impact of the energy upgrades.  The project will need to access your energy bills as part of this and these forms need to be completed. for this
• BER_Assessors_Panel_for_SERVE_Project
  • You will need to get a Building Energy Rating (BER) done on your house.  This panel of BER Assessors should be used.
• Residential Final_Technical_Guide
  • This guide provides detailed technical information on the various measures supported as part of the SERVE project.
• Wood Stove Register
  • This lists the registered installers for wood stoves.  All other measures – please use the relevant SEAI lists
• Windows register current
  • This lists the registered installers for windows. .  All other measures – please use the relevant SEAI lists
